In short

Devsinn Technologies is a Nottingham-based AI consultancy serving Birmingham and the West Midlands. We focus on professional, financial and business services firms, where AI saves fee-earner time on proposals, reports, document review and client queries. Workshops happen on site in Birmingham, with a fixed-fee roadmap for £1,950 + VAT and fixed-price builds.

What you get

  • More billable hours

Drafting and document work done faster.

  • Safer adoption

    Confidentiality and supervision designed in.

  • Fixed prices

    Roadmap and builds costed upfront.

Why focus on Birmingham's professional services?

Because it is the region's engine. Around 358,000 people work in business, professional and financial services across the West Midlands, and professional, scientific and technical jobs have grown about twice as fast as the UK average since 2020. Those firms run on documents and expertise, which is where AI saves the most time.

Where does AI help professional services firms?

Proposals and tenders drafted from past work, client reports and file notes drafted for review, long documents summarised, internal knowledge search and client intake. Experts stay in charge of advice; AI removes the blank page and the repetitive typing.

How do you work with Birmingham clients?

We are about an hour away in Nottingham. Discovery workshops and roadmap presentations happen at your Birmingham office, and build and support run remotely with regular check-ins. Travel for agreed visits is included in your fixed price.

How do you handle client confidentiality?

We use AI services that contractually do not train on your data, restrict access by client and role, encrypt data and keep processing in the UK or EU where possible. Everything client-facing is reviewed by your professionals before it is sent.

What does a first Birmingham project usually look like?

Most firms start with one high-volume drafting task in one team, such as proposals or client reports. We measure how long it takes today, build a tool around your own templates and past work, and pilot it for a few weeks. If it saves real time, it rolls out to other teams.

This keeps cost and risk low and gives partners and directors evidence before committing more budget. It also builds confidence among fee earners, who see the tool helping rather than replacing their judgement.

Because many Birmingham firms are part of wider groups or networks, we design tools that can be shared across offices without exposing one client's data to another team.
