How much does an AI consultant cost in the UK?
Our AI Adoption Roadmap is a fixed £1,950 plus VAT. That covers a workflow review, a leadership workshop, up to 12 AI opportunities ranked by return, and a six-month plan, usually ready in about two weeks. The fee is credited if you then hire an AI Specialist within 30 days.
Why do you quote AI projects after a discovery?
Because the price depends on the systems involved and how clean your data is. A short discovery lets us fix one honest price instead of guessing. You get the quote within five working days, and the build does not start until you approve it.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this site are in GBP and exclude VAT. Your proposal shows the VAT position clearly before you sign anything.
Are there hidden costs such as AI usage fees?
AI models and some tools charge for usage. We estimate those running costs in the proposal, pass them through at cost, and show you how to monitor them. Nothing is added without your agreement.
Can you quote in US dollars or euros?
Yes. We are UK-based and price in GBP, but we quote in USD or EUR on request for international clients, using the exchange rate on the day of the quote.
What happens if the scope changes during a project?
We pause, explain the change and its cost, and only continue once you approve it in writing. Small changes that fit the agreed outcome are absorbed. You are never billed for work you did not agree.
