01
About us
Devsinn Technologies provides AI consulting, AI project delivery and AI specialist services to businesses. You can contact us at hello@devsinn.co.uk or +44 7432 143818.
02
Who these terms are for
Our services are offered to businesses and organisations, not to consumers. By ordering services you confirm that you are acting for a business, charity, public body or other organisation and that you have authority to bind it.
03
Our services
Information, pricing and examples on this website are for general information and are not an offer we are bound by. A contract is formed only when we both agree a written proposal, statement of work or order (a "Proposal") by email or signature.
Each Proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and any assumptions for that piece of work. If a Proposal conflicts with these terms, the Proposal takes priority for that work.
04
Fees and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless the Proposal says otherwise. Where a price is shown in US dollars, it is for convenience only.
- Prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate where it applies.
- Unless the Proposal says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
- We may pause work on overdue invoices after giving you written notice, and may charge statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
05
Your responsibilities
If a delay or change is caused by something on your side, we may agree a revised timeline and, where extra work is needed, a revised price.
- Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access, data and people we reasonably need to deliver the work.
- Make sure you have the right to share any data, content or systems you give us, including personal data.
- Review and approve deliverables within the time agreed in the Proposal.
06
Changes to the work
Either of us can ask for a change to the scope. Changes take effect only when we both agree them in writing, including any effect on price and timeline.
07
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, unless the Proposal says otherwise.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates, know-how and general methods. Where these form part of a deliverable, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of that deliverable.
Third-party software, open-source components and AI models remain subject to their own licence terms.
08
AI outputs
AI systems can produce outputs that are incomplete or inaccurate. We design and test our work carefully, but you remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and for decisions you make using them, especially in regulated areas such as health, finance, education and employment.
09
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform or receive the services. This does not apply to information that is already public, was already known to the recipient, or must be disclosed by law.
10
Data protection
Each of us will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we will do so under a data processing agreement that meets Article 28 of the UK GDPR. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data as a controller.
11
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under or in connection with any Proposal is limited to the fees paid to us under that Proposal in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12
Using this website
- You may use this website for lawful purposes only and must not misuse it, for example by introducing malware or trying to gain unauthorised access.
- Website content is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end a Proposal as set out in it. If the Proposal does not say, either of us may end it by giving 30 days' written notice, or immediately if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of being asked to. You will pay for work done up to the end date.
14
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when a Proposal is agreed applies to that Proposal.
15
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
