In short

Data and analytics services connect the systems your business runs on, clean and combine the data, and present it in dashboards and reports that update automatically. Devsinn builds Power BI, Looker Studio and custom dashboards for UK businesses, plus data pipelines that make your data ready for AI, at fixed prices in GBP.

What you get

  • One version of the truth

Sales, finance and operations figures that finally agree.

  • Reports that build themselves

Automatic refreshes instead of manual spreadsheets.

  • Faster decisions

Key numbers on one screen, on any device.

  • Ready for AI

Clean, connected data that AI tools can actually use.

What does a data and analytics project deliver?

A typical project connects your key systems, such as accounting, CRM, e-commerce and operations tools, into one place, cleans and models the data, and delivers dashboards for the people who need them. Reports refresh automatically, and you get documentation of where every number comes from.

  • Dashboards in Power BI, Looker Studio or a custom web app.
  • Automated data pipelines from Xero, Sage, HubSpot, Shopify and more.
  • A central data store such as a cloud data warehouse or PostgreSQL.
  • Clear metric definitions so everyone means the same thing.

How much do dashboards and analytics cost in the UK?

A dashboard sprint for one area of the business typically starts from £3,500 + VAT. A data platform that combines several systems usually starts from £12,000 + VAT. Ongoing reporting support starts from £600 + VAT a month. We fix the price after a short discovery of your systems and questions.

Power BI, Looker Studio or a custom dashboard?

Power BI suits businesses on Microsoft 365 that want rich, secure reporting. Looker Studio is low cost and works well with Google tools. A custom dashboard inside your own web app makes sense when customers or partners need to see their data, or when you want full control over design and access.

Why does data quality matter for AI?

AI tools give answers based on the data they are given. If customer records are duplicated, product codes inconsistent or key fields empty, AI will produce confident but wrong results. Cleaning and connecting data first is often the step that makes AI projects succeed, and it pays off in better reporting straight away.

How do you handle personal data in reporting?

We include only the personal data a report genuinely needs, mask or aggregate it where possible, control access by role, and keep data in UK or EU regions. We document data flows and retention so you can show how reporting complies with UK GDPR.

Questions people ask

Still unsure? Ask us on a free 20-minute call.

How long does it take to build a dashboard?

A focused dashboard sprint usually takes two to three weeks, including connecting data sources and agreeing metric definitions. A wider data platform takes six to ten weeks, delivered in stages so the first dashboards are useful early.

Which systems can you pull data from?

Most business systems with an API or export: Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Analytics, spreadsheets and SQL databases. We confirm each source during discovery and flag any with limited access.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. If you have two or three sources, connecting them directly to Power BI or Looker Studio can be enough. A warehouse becomes worthwhile when you combine several systems, need history, or plan to use the data for AI. We recommend the simplest setup that works.

Who owns the dashboards and data model?

You do. Dashboards, data models and pipeline code sit in your accounts, with documentation of every metric and source. Your team can edit reports themselves after training, and any analyst can take over without rebuilding.

Can our team build their own reports afterwards?

Yes. We design a clean data model so non-technical staff can create their own reports safely, and we run a short training session for each team. Many clients ask us only for complex reports once the foundation is in place.

Is our data secure in the cloud?

We use UK or EU regions, encrypted connections and storage, role-based access, and single sign-on with MFA where available. Sensitive personal data is masked or excluded unless a report genuinely needs it, and access is logged for review.
